Randy touches on the estimated budget loss and where the cuts may come from if Amendment 3 passes. He also discusses a 90% budget exercise that Winter Park conducted this year.
Randy has served as City Manager for Winter Park since 2007 and, before that, as Assistant City Manager for 13 years. He is set to retire at the end of the year.
